START
The START program, which is taught by our management team, is designed to introduce
new Sales Associates to the paperwork, basic sales skills and technical knowledge
that will assist them in becoming powerful and productive Agents. A 10-day session
is offered about every six weeks. Each class covers specific topics such as: Prospecting,
Working with Buyers, Agency/RESPA/Ethics, Natural Hazards Disclosures, Mortgage,
Coldwell Banker Support Services including LeadRouter, Relocation, Technology, Marketing
and Home Warranty, Lead Generation, Listing Presentation and Paperwork, Contracts,
Title & Escrow, and Goals and Business Planning.

Propel
We also offer our Agents a series of online Web-based training programs through
our exclusive training series known as Propel, “Training to Excel in Your Real Estate
Business.” Most sessions are one hour in length and our Agents appreciate knowing
they can sign on to these trainings from the comfort of their own home or office
and learn without having to drive to the office or a large training center. It’s
